Very disappointed. We will be using the MinuteClinic at CVS next time. We paid $260 the day of the the appointment since we don't have insurance and wanted to pay in full. That was November 30th, then Feb 12th we receive another bill in the mail for $432 that just says "balance forward" no detail. I called and asked for a detailed statement and they can only send it with "the next billing cycle" which is past when the bill it due. Very surprised that a cough costs $700 to treat. I went into for a lab regarding a uti. I went into on Tuesday. By Thursday morning the results were in my my chart. I called to see if a prescription was going to be called in at 8am. Said a nurse would call me. 11:20 am. Still waiting for call. Called again at 4:20. Said nurse would call asap after she hangs up with patient. Then it’s 5:05. No call yet. So sad to hear that Dr. Alawneh is moving to the Domino Farms location. I recently moved to Howell and it is a bit of. a drive to go to that office. However it will be worth it since he is the best primary care doctor I have had. He is always polite and respectful. He is very thorough. He listens intently to concerns. He immediately submits orders for prescriptions, referrals, etc. I have always been able to get a timely appointment and I never have to wait long for him to get to the exam room. Moved to the area and wanted a new doctor. Finally found one that great reviews here, but was called a week before my appointment letting me know the doctor has a full panel, runs behind, and can be hard to get into see. However, they suggested another doctor who might be a "better fit" for me. The voicemail was a like 2 minute marketing campaign to see a doctor that I had not researched or scheduled an appointment with. Back to the drawing board after the incredibly weird pre-visit interaction.

Would not recommend to anyone . i was seen here by KIM, BOYOUNG and like many others have complained i was misdiagnosed and given the wrong medication due to not being properly examined. My vitals weren’t checked thought put into my chart... Rushed to the hospital a couple days later i was told if i was properly treated the first time none of the events leading up to the hospital or me being on meds for 2 weeks now would have ever happened. so disappointing.
