First time making my appointment there with Dr. Anderson. I had this appointment booked with her for two weeks now and the day before my appointment I get a call saying that they need to reschedule my new patient appointment. I had to sit on hold for 45 minutes and decided to do the call back method. It took them 2 hours to give me a call back. Yikes! Office staff is rude and unhelpful. I've also had the same doctor cancel my appointment the same day twice now. This most recent time was about an hour before our scheduled appointment. If the roles were reversed, would I be charged a cancellation fee... ?
I came to see someone in January of 2024 due to breast concerns and scheduled an appointment for a breast exam. I have never had a breast exam done but requested one due to a lump I felt in my breast as well as some pain and markings. The person who came in had me sit on the edge of the exam table with my shirt off and she visually examined me and said I looked normal. They are inferior on every level. I stayed in ICU with my dad, no nurses or anyone around from 12am to 5:30am. Except me watching him die. So many very bad experiences with them. Left my cousin crying and yelling in pain in the waiting room for hours while they took care of every minor case as they walked in. Their heart doctors didn't install my mom's pacemaker correctly. Left a wire off. It never was working etc.. "Stay on the line your call is important" 🤣 they are the house of horror
Every single time I go, they charge me $200. Doesn't matter if it's a 5 minute video call or an in person appointment. Doesn't matter if you see the doctor or an RN. Doesn't matter if you get an exam or just ask for a refill on medication for a chronic condition. Doesn't matter if they send you a treatment plan saying the visit will be covered 100%. They demand you get an appointment every 3 months, then charge you for a diagnostic or specialized visit, even if it's for depression or anxiety medications which are lifelong m... read more
