First off they don't take children at this location, so if you plan on trying them for children better find another location... Made an appointment for my child got it scheduled, they called to confirm the appointment. Shortly after they called to say they need to cancel this appointment since they can't see kids at this location. I was extremely impressed with my initial contact with this office. I got an actual person answer the phone, not an automated system which on its own is amazing in this time of everything being computerized and automated. Setting up an appointment was very easy and efficient. My first visit to the office was likewise impressive. The office was organized, clean, well run establishment. Dr Robertson is wonderful. The review pertains to the office/billing staff and not medical personnel. I was charged for a "free" flu shot then when I called to enquire as to why, I was told that BCBSM denied my coverage. I was informed it needed to be handled by insurance and not provider. After 20+ minutes on a call with insurer, I was informed that Trinity had not even billed my insurance for the flu shot for them to even have a chance to deny the claim. Failure and then finger pointing from Trinity.

I came in to check on stitches that were on my lip and the doctor I saw used his bare finger/finger nail to pull a scab off my lip to see if there were stitches underneath, then told me that it would probably be better if I did it myself. He is supposed to be a medical professional why would he ever ask a patient to do that and do this with no gloves on a fresh wound? Not sure why there's so many negative reviews. I like this doctor's office. They communicate well, make appointments quickly, and paperwork and billing have always been super straightforward. The doctors and nurses have always kind and considerate.
