I initially scheduled the appointment to establish care, but I also shared that I had been experiencing joint pain. Unfortunately, my concerns were not taken seriously. I later had to go to the hospital, where it was discovered that I had a broken bone in my foot — indicating that the issue was more than just general pain. Additionally, I was experiencing nausea at the time of my visit and was not provided with a prescription or treatment for it. I feel that my concerns were not adequately addressed during my appointment.
just so everyone’s aware, Their phones are available at 7 AM even though their hours online say 8 AM open so if you’re gonna try and cancel an appointment make sure you call at seven, To avoid a cancellation fee, Even though most people in this world would call at eight because that’s what their hours say online so I think they should update that asap.
Had a good experience today. No complaints and it’s a nice new office
I'm not sure who the phlebotomist is But there needs to be some serious training on bedside manner, I was never introduced to who she was. She never asked my name in any context other than checking in. Never asked how I was doing. I explained twice that I have an irrational fear for blood draws and that it really hurts when they do it. She didn't say anything like literally didn't even look me in the eyes the entire time I was there. I would recommend everyone to avoid this unprofessional health care provider. The pediatric nurses are extraordinarily poor in handling your baby.
