I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Patel. This was my first visit with her after my previous doctor left the clinic, so I was hoping to establish a good patient-provider relationship. Idk 🤷‍♂️ I just don’t know what to say or think about iha anymore I just don’t. I’m sorry you can’t hear me (not the sweet lady with the hearing aid) but I have no voice. I literally got insulted by them because of their own actions they couldn’t understand me because my voice is messed up! NOT ONLY THAT I WAS USING UCONNECT WITH NO OTHER CHOICE EXCEPT A DRIVING TICKET! UPDATE: They told me to contact them to help fix the issues yet I try that and no one will help. I’ve been calling them multiple times asking for help the past two months and NOTHING. Dr. Patel is RUDE. Do not go see her or this place. Two of my doctors have left here in the past 6months or less and left me with her. She told me my test was okay when it was a positive or negative test and when I asked for clarification she was RUDE about it. I told her I was anxious for the result and that’s how she treated me. I've been going to Trinity Health in Saline for several months and have very favorable impressions so far. I've never waited more than ten minutes for an appointment and have found the support staff both cordial and efficient. Dr Patel treats me for several conditions. She is a very skilled physician who listens patiently and explains options very well. She has my full confidence.

I really like my primary care physician, she truly listens and has been the best doctor I’ve ever had. However, I’ve had multiple negative experiences with the person who does the blood draws. During today’s visit, she made several unprofessional and uncomfortable comments, including saying, “Holy molasses, when’s the last time you drank water?” and referring to my vein as “sassy,” among other odd remarks. Due to these repeated experiences, I’ll be requesting a different technician moving forward.
