My appointment on 1/5/26 I had so much anxiety and Mindy and Sue were absolutely amazing! Mindy explained all the confusing insurance stuff to me and helped me understand all the forms I had to fill out. Never once became frustrated with me showed such professionalism and kindness. Sue made my check out process so easy and when I left I understood everything I had to do Dr Balogh and Amanda made me so comfortable and actually spent time explaining things to me. Thank you to them all for the great experience!
Lauren Carney was easily the rudest doctor I've ever encountered. I went there with health concerns but once I expressed I had no desire in taking unnecessary medication I received nothing but rude, short and attitude filled responses. She even said that maybe I should try out one of the other doctors because the things I was asking "isn't what she does" It's very clear the second she can't get her payday from prescribing you meds she has no interest in treating you.
This is an exceptional primary care practice. The entire experience, from the ease of scheduling appointments to the compassionate and highly skilled team—including the front office staff, nursing team, and doctors—is outstanding. I am truly grateful for the remarkable care I've received through the years. Thank you all so much!
I cannot say enough kind words about Dr. Morelli she is the best doctor I’ve ever had and is extremely knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help, would recommend her to anyone
Dr. Carney and team are great -- first time I have stuck with a PCP provider beyond the first visit in 15 years. She listens, has care for patient point of view and has helped me navigate needed referrals (resulting in other awesome providers being added to my care team)
