Terrible experience… I arrive on a Friday for a potential broken arm at 140. They order and then take X-rays at 215pm. So far so good. They told me they would get the results within two hours and call me. Almost two hours later, no call back. I call them at 4pm, no results yet. I call again at 455, 5 min before closing and no one is available to talk. The receptionist told me she’d leave a message to the practitioner who saw me, but it’s now 830pm and no call back. Dr Yousif is terrible. Did blood work with no results given then went back 4 months later to get Rx refill and he refuses, saying the blood work showed concerning results. Had to fight for days, talking through the nurse because he’s not man enough to talk to me, to get my sons meds (that he must have). Once I threatened to have my lawyer stop by he finally filled the Rx. I tried talking to the Doctor manager but the front desk would not let me through to her to make a formal complaint. I came in early for my appointment, receptionist were rude, I check in and sign papers. Then I sit in the waiting area, for over an hr, as I sit there I am watching people go in and out within 15 mins being there. Nobody could tell me why I am waiting this long. I know there are more than just one doctor there but still I think making your patient wait over an hr to go back into a room is ridiculous. Terrible. I've had an ongoing issue with this Office since Day 1 when I called to make an appointment and the receptionist picked up the phone and hung it up on me and then literally did not pick up the phone for 2 days straight. Every single MA and nurse were completely rude and seemed spaced out with glossy red eyes during our visit. On top of it They cancelled my appointment when i had a severe ear infection and told me they didn't take UHC which is strange because 2 weeks before they took it from my husband! The most unprofessional healthcare experience I've ever had. The nurse, Dawn, barely listened to what was happening with me before ordering a COVID/flu test, despite having no symptoms of either. The "doctor" who came back in to tell me my test results, initially told me I was positive before I realized that they had the wrong person. He apologized for the mishap, confirmed I was negative, and told me to just eat and rest. Never got to tell the doctor any of my symptoms.
