This review is centered towards reception. Tammy should not be answering phones or even working with the public. I have called with questions a few times and she has been rude and dismissive each time. It’s frustrating enough not being able to sleep, find another profession, Tammy.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Ashley Ziettlow is not. She'll blame all your problems on weight, she doesn't care about medical history, and she'll push surgeries even if you don't want them. If you want to pay someone to tell you all of your problems will magically go away if you just become skinny, feel free to make an appointment.
My dad has been experiencing worsening shortness of breath. Our technician Mary that performed the pulmonary function test is a God send and she got the ball rolling along with Dr. Bhan which agreed to see him same day. By the end of the day he had oxygen set up at his home. Everyone has been so wonderful and caring and I cannot say enough good things about them.
The overnight sleep study was professionally handled by friendly knowledgeable staff and results were quickly posted to MyChart. I called 3 medical supply houses and only Advanced Medical (on Trinity campus) returned my call. They were quick to help.
I had my testing September 11, 2024. Received a letter stating that I needed a cpap machine. I'm still waiting was told my information was sent 9/26/24 to Advanced Medical Solutions. They were suppose to contact me never happened. I call today, the girl couldn't find my prescription and she finally did but then told me that it will be between 8-24 weeks before they will even have a machine for me.
