Today was my first visit there and I am very skeptical about new doctors due to past experiences. They took a little bit to get to me but the doctor was very thorough and explained exactly what was going on with me. The office ladies at the front were super cool and helpful! I won't hesitate to go there again! I suggest you give them a try! Oh and I got a whale sticker for not crying during either of the shots I received. Lol
Scheduled online for an appointment & was taken care of quickly & efficiently. Our issue was diagnosed quickly & we were on our way. No wait time & Amanda was very kind. All staff took good care of us & we will return to this Urgent care in the future if needed.
The staff were friendly, professional and helped me with my medical issue. I had to wait a bit, but they were apologetic. The saving a place in line is a great idea.
HIGHLY recommend using the offered on-line scheduling for an appointment as it makes your wait at an urgent care a much shorter wait. Physicians I have seen have always been very thorough and kind
Went to IGH today for foot injury. Timely professional friendly. Provided competent and provided safe care. Clean rooms. Would return and recommend to anyone
