I’ve brought my kids here, and I’ve come here myself. I’ll never get over how kind and thoughtful the woman who works at the front desk is. She’s gone above and beyond when I’ve been really ill, and she’s also been so patient and thoughtful with my own kids. The staff are all considerate, thoughtful, and work quickly. I really appreciate the wonderful care we have received there, myself and my family! I’m sure it won’t be long before we are back 🤣

I recently visited this urgent care and was very disappointed in my experience with the physician I saw. Throughout the appointment, he repeatedly stated that he was “unhappy” with my husband and the situation, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Instead of focusing on his symptoms and providing supportive care, he made several belittling comments about his smoking, which felt judgmental rather than educational. I can’t say enough good things about Saline Urgent Care. I came in needing stitches on my hand and was immediately met by a couple of truly lovely ladies who made a stressful situation feel calm and manageable. The X-ray tech went above and beyond to help get me signed in and comfortable, and the doctor who stitched my hand did an amazing job — professional, gentle, and reassuring throughout the entire process. My go to place. Clean, organized, friendly, everything you could ask for. Efficient as well. I take my 3 yo here when we can’t get in w. Our PCP & we love it. Do the ‘share care everywhere’ and they can see everything in his chart from u of m (his pcp)

I do not recommend this urgent care for people of color. I waited at the front desk for over an hour, and more than 10 patients were called ahead of me even though I arrived and signed in before all of them. I signed in at 3:50 PM and was not called until 5:15 PM. After I spoke with the front desk staff and explained that I felt I had been skipped, I was immediately told I was next in line.
