All of the staff, from the front desk team to the medical providers, are friendly, efficient, approachable, and wonderful. The care I receive is always thorough, and I consistently feel heard when discussing my health concerns. Highly recommend! I needed stitches on my finger after a wrench slipped. It was a Friday night, I was one of the last patients before they closed. Everyone there was great, friendly and all did a great job. I think I got the best shot (tetanus) in the arm ever by the nurse. I didn't feel it at all. She was magical with that needle. The nurse practitioner who stitched me up did a great job. I was seen at this location at first I was not going to leave a review but after my phone call about the incident I decided to leave a review. Took my husband in on 3/26 to be seen my issue is not the wonderful NP and nurse that seen my husband it is the receptionist. She was rude all you could hear was how much she hated her job how she has had diarrhea all day she is a hot mess unprofessional and don't get me started on how vulger she was. I didn’t wait long at all. The front desk was very friendly and the PA I saw was also very friendly. Unfortunately, I’m only giving 3 stars because the medical assistant who saw me was very condescending and just plain rude. I came in for flu like symptoms which I explained to him and someone of them he just laughed it off. Literally laughed and said that happens when you have a cold. The nurses are badass. The doctors are great. Got in and out with liquid stitches in 30 min one time. Even when they are busy they truly care and enjoy what they do.
