I didn’t wait long at all. The front desk was very friendly and the PA I saw was also very friendly. Unfortunately, I’m only giving 3 stars because the medical assistant who saw me was very condescending and just plain rude. I came in for flu like symptoms which I explained to him and someone of them he just laughed it off. Literally laughed and said that happens when you have a cold. I unfortunately frequent this place between my two kids and I, but what a blessing it has become. Reliable, quick, and incredible communication. Only once did we have to wait long but they communicated with the waiting room wonderfully. The staff are incredible with both pediatric and adult patients. Nothing but wonderful things to say. So glad we have this in our town!
I needed stitches on my finger after a wrench slipped. It was a Friday night, I was one of the last patients before they closed. Everyone there was great, friendly and all did a great job. I think I got the best shot (tetanus) in the arm ever by the nurse. I didn't feel it at all. She was magical with that needle. The nurse practitioner who stitched me up did a great job. Love this place. At any time even when its busy you get called in really quick and the team here are extremely friendly and make you feel comfortable with all your concerns. I also love how you easy it is to save a spot even when its busy.
I received prompt, competent care with kindness. Everyone, from the receptionist, to the MA and Melissa, the NP were terrific. Loved the ability to schedule my appt and complete e-checkin from home.
