Making an online appointment is so easy which I very much appreciate! The two receptionist ladies were kind and helpful with my check in process. My nurse was wonderful! She listened to my concerns, was very polite and knowledgeable. Dr. Matthew was very thorough, knowledgeable and genuinely listened to my questions and concerns without rushing me through my appointment. I very much appreciated everyone's politeness from my visit, and for them being there on Christmas Eve.
We have taken our young kids here several times within the last 4 years and they are cared for so well. This urgent care is as good as my primary care & im so grateful for them. Highly recommended.
Received a friendly welcome by staff and was seen promptly in the middle of the day on a Friday. Received excellent care and very pleased with NP Shelby and her stitching ability:) This staff is kind, friendly, and empathetic. Thank you so much! Hope the stitches come out today as easy as they went in last week!
I’ve always gotten great medical care here from medical staff and Doctors that listen. Wait time isn’t tremendously long. And nursing staff are kind and polite. Location is always clean with tissue, masks, including sanitizer. Alongside courteous check in staff at every visit. Thankful for these clinics and Urgent Care centers. Blessings to you and family!
This was my first time visiting the Urgent Care. This is the office I go to for my Primary Care Physician, Dr. Hines-Federson and the Physical Therapy Office, Probability. It's great to have pleasant staff in the front office. Also, having PT, my PCP and Ugent Care under one roof! The Urgent Care, Physician's Assistant was nice and she listened to my questions and concerns. The office is close to where I live and work. It a win, win for me!🥰
