I wasn't feeling well and made an appointment at urgent care, got one for early afternoon, same day. I arrived a few minutes early & was seen by the provider quickly. He listened to my symptoms and explained my care in an easy to follow manner. I was home from the urgent care and pharmacy in about two hours total including drive time. Convenience: 5-stars, Level of Care: 5-stars. Highly recommend if you're ill and don't want to wait around to see a HealthCare Provider.
I have gone to this facility at least 3 times now and have received timely and effective care. I was re-assured that I came to the right place and the long ER waits; however unavoidable they can be, was a welcome experience. The staff was excellent, professional….and caring. Not much more I can say except thank you team Trinity!🙏
I would highly recommend Trinity Health IHA Urgent Care Southeast Livonia at Plymouth Rd and Middlebelt Rd. My doctor's office was closed so I went to this urgent care facility. I took my mother to Trinity Health IHA Urgent Care in Livonia for the first time today, and I was genuinely impressed by the personable, caring staff and the efficiency of the visit. Both the nurse and the doctor listened attentively and addressed all of our concerns. We never felt rushed or treated like just a number. If needed, I would absolutely return to this facility and would recommend it to family and friends.
Wonderful staff and knowledgeable. Was treated with care and I felt very comfortable with the Doc and nurse and front desk team. Although I was in pain ,because I was treated with care and they spent time helping me understand diagnosis I left feeling better just because of the staff
