Staff was pleasant and helpful throughout the process. This site has the capacity for x rays to be taken. I made sure there was a technician there on the day I went by calling ahead. The offices, examination rooms and the surroundings were well kept. I was given an approximation of my waiting time: it was fairly accurate and not too long. I’ve visited this urgent care more times than I would like to admit, whether for my own care or for my children. Every single visit has been wonderful. The team is always caring, timely and helpful. This is by far, hands-down the best urgent care in town!

The front desk coordinator, nurse and physician were kind and helpful. I had symptoms of an upper respiratory infection. The efficiency of the office was well appreciated and I picked up my antibiotics at the pharmacy and was on my way to healing. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise and knowledge. This was my first visit to any urgent care facility and I was very impressed.

The front desk staff and the first nurse who assisted me were exceptionally kind, professional, and reassuring. I appreciated how smoothly the check-in process went and how considerate they were throughout the initial steps of my visit. I had come to urgent care because I was feeling unwell at work and my employer was concerned. When the nurse practitioner entered the room, however, the tone of the visit changed. had a really good experience at Trinity Health IHA Urgent Care – West Arbor. The doctor and staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. I was seen quickly, and the whole process—from check-in to treatment—was smooth and efficient. There wasn’t much of a wait at all, which is especially appreciated when you’re not feeling well. Overall, a great urgent care experience. Thank you to the team for their care and prompt service!
