I never leave reviews but this really sucked. Went to urgent care because I had a painful splinter in my throat that wouldn’t come out. Came here because I love my primary care doctor but the experience was terrible. I saw Dr. Yadmark. He was immediately very frustrated and flustered. Completely unprofessional from the jump. Didn’t believe that I had anything in my throat. The front desk coordinator, nurse and physician were kind and helpful. I had symptoms of an upper respiratory infection. The efficiency of the office was well appreciated and I picked up my antibiotics at the pharmacy and was on my way to healing. Thank you for your professionalism and expertise and knowledge. This was my first visit to any urgent care facility and I was very impressed.

My family has had to use this Urgent Care three times since the beginning of the year. They are polite, professional, efficient and the facility appears clean. We did not have appointments when we arrived and we were seen fairly quickly each time. I appreciate that these facilities are available, especially since the primary care practices are over booked these days.

Staff was pleasant and helpful throughout the process. This site has the capacity for x rays to be taken. I made sure there was a technician there on the day I went by calling ahead. The offices, examination rooms and the surroundings were well kept. I was given an approximation of my waiting time: it was fairly accurate and not too long. After recently moving to the area, my one-year-old needed urgent medical attention so we dropped by Trinity Urgent Care. The staff were very professional, great with the baby, and helpful! I highly recommend! So thankful we had a great experience and won’t have to look any further when we need to visit urgent care again (because let’s face it—I have two boys and we will be back)!
