I received a call from Trinity Health Diagnostics to schedule a CT scan approximately two weeks before my appointment on December 29th. I typically have all of my testing done at Beaumont, but since the Trinity Health Clarkston location is only about a mile from my home, I decided to try it for convenience. Amazing, super quick, thorough. Everyone was friendly, took me back before scheduled time for a CT. In and out in 5 min. Receptionist Julie was v pleasant, Ian walked me through everything before I went in. Great!

Front desk staff was nice and helpful and person performing my CT scan was very friendly. I'll definitely be back if I need more imaging.

Everyone was kind, welcoming and informative. I was a bit dizzy from the contrast and the technician was caring and helpful. The facility is very pleasant, and the parking is a much shorter distance than that of the original at Trinity St Joseph in Pontiac.

The technician who performed my exam was very informative and kind. However, the front desk, though nice, did not notify me that their facility was out of network with my insurance. Therefore, I incurred a $800 bill for a routine test. It is a courtesy to check a patient’s insurance prior to them being treated at your facility. Very disappointed!
