Terrible experience. Super inaccessible. A family member recently got her blood drawn and was handled very roughly. The doctor turned the interpreter screen away from the patient, did not accommodate, acted irritated, was extremely rude and all around the worst medical experience that could have happened for any patient. Do not go here ever.
I'm new to the area. Heard Corwell was better through a relative. I called them and got put on hold for 20 minutes, so I decided to call Trinity. They picked up right away and got an appointment within 3 weeks. Their online patient portal works great and was easy to use. The building itself is modern, comfortable, smells good, and is visually clean. Staff was fast, polite, and super helpful. I went to their bigger building on Sherman today. Charge me $140 for a 12 minute telehealth appointment where I asked some questions about previous blood work. Charge me $500 for an office visit where they just asked questions and took blood pressure and temperature. I'll take my money to people who don't try to charge the max just to get more money from insurance.
Last time I went there the people were very friendly and nice. No wait at all.
I see Rita Decker NP and my children see Dr. Oliveira. I love this practice! I am able to contact our providers any time and always receive prompt help. The nurses and staff are wonderful. I would recommend to anyone!
