This was such a terrible visit from start to finish. Late start, nurses who didn't agree over medication amount to be given (why are we questioning each other in front of the patient?), painful IV from start through the entire exam and when I mentioned it multiple times, she brushed me off. I schedule patients in my office for this exam and I will not be referring to this location after experiencing it myself.
You should avoid this service provider if you're responsible for any of the costs of your care. When attempting to schedule a mammogram, the scheduler was either not properly trained or intentionally being coy about communicating the price of the ordered procedure for a patient paying with cash at time of service. First it was "i don't offer that" .. then "I think this is the price" and "I don't really know for sure, it's just what's coming up here in the system". Go elsewhere for your mammogram! I went for a mammogram last month (8/15) and I have been awaiting my test results since (its now 9/3). I called to inquire where my results were and why have they not been mailed to me. I was told, by Radiology file room, "they do not do that anymore". I was then forwarded to the records department and spoke to a very rude "woman", Roxanne, who refused to send me the test results and even said it was the wrong department despite being Records! I've had to use the imagery lab probably a dozen times and it's always been an efficient and pleasant experience. The staff are wonderful and quick to help if needed. Thank you for the great service, something that's increasingly rare in the medical sector
