I did not have a good experience this time. The last couple times I went, it didn't take long. Today on 1/13/26, I was there for almost 2 hours. After I was checked in, the person after me was called back before I was. I told the receptionist and she told them I would be next. This was the second time it happened. The phlebotomist told me I wasn't I'm the queue yet. I will have to try another lab next time.
I have gone to get lab work done 3-4 separate times requested by my doctor. I have received the wrong lab EVERY single time despite asking for the specific test and also verifying it with EACH person I spoke with at the lab (including receptionist and the person who actually gave me the sample cup). Do not go to IHA. I have filed a complaint and will be looking for a new place to be seen. Really good but the bandaid they use made me bleed more than them taking 5 vials of blood from me. If u get a blood draw just ask for no bandaid cause you'll barely bleed anyways.
Employees are friendly and helpful. Sometimes it gets very busy, but usually no more than a 30 minute wait.
Beginning with the greeter, the atmosphere was so damn friendly I want to go there just to hang out! I went there for blood work, and didn't wait more than 10 minutes. The girl collecting my information talked to me as if she was my next door neighbor, and the nurse that collected the blood made me feel as if she'd known me for years. Absolutely not what I expected! Thank you
