I had to get an ultrasound here and Everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. I was in and out within half an hour after arrival. It was a little drive from where I'm located, but well worth the wasted time at every other appointment I've had in recent years.
Was there yesterday for blood work. Short wait and friendly staff. Awesome! Cannot even see where the needle went in. Love having this lab right there with my doctors office. Very efficient.
I have been to this location several times for lab work and always there's been some difficulty. This time, Kelly checked me in. I signed in as Rene T. She called me to the desk using Bertha. My legal name is Bertha Rene which was on my paperwork. I always feel it's kind to call a patient by the name they prefer. Kelly looked me in the eye with a subtle tone and air of arrogance and refusal to respect what would please me, and called me Bertha... little things mean a lot to me. Was looking for a lab that could do blood draws efficiently due to a horrible past experience elsewhere. Check in was quick and friendly. The phlebotomist was great! After I told her my past struggles (4 pokes, lots of bruising, stopped blood flow after the poke), she jumped right to a butterfly needle and did a phenomenal job of getting all the vials filled with the first and only poke. Best parts? No skin-ripping band aid and NO BRUISING. THANK YOU!
