This lab is the best! The employees are very professional and caring! Not only do I go for myself but I had to take my 8 year old daughter who has been dealing with medical issues and has never had her blood drawn. She was so scared but the worker Nathan who took her blood made her feel instantly safe and explained the process step by step for her! I had my blood drawn yesterday by Sandy Bhullar, and she was absolutely incredible. I’m a very difficult patient to find a vein on, and somehow she got it on the very first try — which I don’t think has ever happened to me before. I didn’t even feel the needle go in, and I had no pain or bruising afterward. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and honestly a 10/10. Thank you so much, Sandy!
Pretty awful experience at the lab. I would not bring babies or newborns here. The room we were taken to was being dually used as a lunch room with snacks, hats and gloves on counters and an employee refrigerator within covered in food crumbs. The technician taking blood from my child did not sanitize hands prior to donning gloves, touching the outside of the gloves while putting them on before drawing blood from my baby. Spent 45 minutes here waiting to even get checked in. Brandon S was rough with the needle, most painful draw I’ve ever experienced. Go elsewhere if you can.
So this is a edited review first time second time one star since the staff has changed. I'm still leaving my original comic because that's what it was. But the staff now definitely a plus my son still has a fear but they listen. They would get a five but because my son will forever have that fear I can only give them a four.(My first bad experiences with this lab I've never had a bad blood draw until I went there and I'm 45 years old.
