Blood draws are not my thing. I had a lovely kind lady with a big "K" on her necklace (I forgot her name). Talk about making it seamless and painless! She was wonderful and also very kind. Thank you!

I needed to get my blood drawn and usually I go to this location. I usually see the male lab tech with long blonde hair and he’s great. Unfortunately that tech wasn’t there. I had someone who was clearly new to this but she had no idea what she was doing. Missed my vein on my right arm and caused a lot of pain so I then said stop and we tried again on my left arm she missed again hurt so bad I fainted. I will never go there again. They set their hours of operation randomly, making it impossible to know if they're open without driving to the lab only to find a sign indicating they're temporarily closed. When you call the office, it just rings endlessly until it eventually disconnects, without any message informing you of their closure. This is quite inconvenient, especially when you have young children.

I had a great experience here. Yes, it did take about 10-15 minutes to get checked in, but the lady at the front was very friendly and nice. I am not a fan of getting my blood drawn and was in to get prenatal blood tests (7 tubes). The lady who drew mine was so sweet and kind, she distracted me with conversation. It was quick and painless. One of the best labs I’ve ever gone to.

Usually I go to Domino's Farms since it's right by my work, but I came in after I had another appointment in the building. Front desk agent was lovely and discrete and the phlebotomist has a very skilled aim! I've been leaving blood draws with 2-4 bandages and often 2 people attempting since I was 8 years old because I'm such a hard stick, but Brandon got it FIRST TRY!!
