Best phlebotomist experience of my LIFE! I tend to get very fainty and feel nauseous during blood draws, but Raquel has magical hands! If you are always nervous or uncomfortable when having blood drawn, you need to come here and see Raquel. She will make the experience very quick and painless, and on top of that she is very kind. Brought my brother here for blood work and he has always been a difficult blood draw. It usually takes several pokes. We had Raquel today and she did it in one poke and was extremely friendly, funny and professional.
Explain to me why you have the option to schedule an appointment if it doesn’t matter? I scheduled an appointment and walk in only to discover that it doesn’t matters phlebotomist simply called from the room “can I help who’s next” without even going by sign in sheet/calling the names on the sheet. Us patients had to keep track of who was before us to know when to go. Again… why do I even have the option to schedule an appointment if it’s not going to be followed anyways?!
The phlebotomist here is AMAZING!! She draws blood fast and perfectly — never misses the vein or any extra pokes. She’s used to working with kids and is just the best, I’ll never go to anyone else, she’s that good.
Need to get my blood drawn for a kidney donation. I called up here on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment never received a response. The blood can only be drawn mon-wed. Had to call four times to get an answer just to be told to hurry up because she closes for lunch. I get here at 11:30am just for her to tell me she does not do that type of blood draw.
