In and out for blood draw in 15 minutes. 9:15 on Wednesday. It was busier when I left. Friendly staff. Didn't feel the needle- that's some skill!

Amanee and Denise are the best! I had to come back for another three hours of lab work, and they made it SO much better! They were easy to talk to and somehow made a three-hour lab appointment fun. I will definitely be coming here every time for lab work and hope to see them again.

Always a pleasant experience for me with the staff and I never wait more than five minutes. Quick, easy, and efficient.

Usually pretty good with walk ins. They do lunch every weekday at 12:30pm and I didn't know this. Had to drive up to the Rockford location just to get 3 simple labs done before they go to lunch at 1pm. Inconvenient.

0 star. Needed a simple blood test with multiple tests and they only provided 1 to my doctor with no explanation. Now theyre trying to get me to go again for another test for my work biometric that i clearly gave them a time frame for. Very sad that a simple blood sample couldnt get taken care of when thats literally your job. The ladies pulling blood noticed it was around lunch time for them and that seemed to be the “hurry hurry hurry” sign for them. Never use trinity health. They dont care about you.
