I currently go here for women's health theybhave been extremely nice helpful during my pregnancy. I am getting to meet several different employees which will be nice for when I go into labor. I ask questions through my chart at all times of the day and get quick responses. They always encourage me to call the nurses line if I'm ever worried....I have done lab work here as well and I am in and out very quickly. Took my child to urgent care knowing what he had(I work in healthcare) Front staff was awful and rude. Get to the back to be met by a very condescending and snippy P.A. Angela who said I didn't know what I was talking about. I didn't tell I worked in healthcare. She did nothing but prescribe and med for something he didn't have. Didn't take a culture just stood behind the computer the whole time. Called his peds the next day described what he had going on.....they didn't want him in the office due to how contagious he was..... read more
The staff is excellent! I have had several draws and other lab tests at this facility and they women are all professional and courteous. The wait is usually minimal and the test results are typically available within 48 hours.
Arrived when they opened. I was taken care of immediately.
appt 10:40 am DOB 03/28/1954 -see record log patient info. The minute I walked through the door at Lakes Lab services Harvey/Prairie ST greeted me and put me with the very capable individual that took my blood sample , I didn’t even feel the needle go in-that’s something special we discussed my tests and the intake administrator assisted getting things handled swiftly and professionally.
