Probably the most uncomfortable I ever felt when having to get a test done. Had to go to the outpatient lab. The woman at the front desk was rude. And when I went back to get my blood drawn, another lady was taking care of my blood, and she went so fast it hurt. Never had it hurt when getting my blood drawn, she just shoved the needle in. The whole atmosphere was unwelcoming I hope I never have to return to this location.
My experience here was not great. I think I had a student learning on me, which I am totally fine with. But she was very rough with me, couldn’t get blood (I’ve never had a problem), and then proceeded to shove the needle in further and harder without telling me, shooting pain all the way down to my hand. Then whoever was teaching her tried and did the same thing, without telling me what she was doing or apologizing. WORTH THE TRIP!! Here's why: Saturday a.m. I went to IHA Canton because they are close to home. They said get to the lab by noon and have a ticket in my hand and I would be seen. I arrived at 11:59 and got a ticket. The receptionist said I was late. We intensely disagreed about the time for maybe a minute. Then she stated, "Now it's 12:01.. we open at 8:00 a.m. on Monday sir!" I left and went to my car. Pavlina is hands down the best, and made my lab work very quick and easy. I had a vagal response when the green phlebotomist at my doctors office was fishing around for my vein, so I came in very anxious about my blood draw today. Pavlina is so good, I didn’t even feel the needle and my labs were drawn in about 30 seconds. Best experience I have ever had at a lab. Thanks Pavlina!
Amazing experience! I have been told I am a hard poke, but Pavilina made it painless for me! Highly recommend getting blood drawn here!
