Had a 1 PM, called about getting in to the lab early. They said no problem, we got there, we waited maybe 10 minutes at most. My wife got her CT Scan pretty quickly. The location was easy to find, the directions in the office were easy to read and find. Now we just have to wait for the results.

Fastest service anywhere. Fast food joints could learn about efficiency from this lab. I won't go anywhere else for lab work. Keep up the good work.

Interesting visit to say the least. I was informed at check in the doctor had written the orders wrong for my bloodwork, but the receptionist assured me she would get it fixed. She handed me my new orders on a pink sticky note. The phlebotomist called me back and after seeing the sticky note she had to go ask the receptionist whether she needed a long or short tube. She came back and was wonderful with the needle and collection of blood 😍 I'm amused at how things have changed over the years.

Went once because one test needed an appointment and my normal Trinity lab was booked a few weeks out. My other two tests were walk ins. I tried doing my walk ins and one I asked to do a certain way, which I had been advised by and instructed by my Specialist. This has been a weekly or biweekly test for the last 8 months. I was told immediately and aggressively No! so I said that was fine. That I'd skip that test but get my other two tests done. Excellent service for an 8am blood draw. Everyone was super friendly and I was in and out in literally minutes. Girl who took blood did amazing. Thank you!
