My apologies. This was at the surgery department of the hospital, and i just realized it put my review in the lab. Like the lab can do my surgery, silly me. I had out patient surgery this morning. I had a prosthetic joint put in my right wrist. This was the 4th surgery on my wrist. The first 3 were not done here , and I had a different surgeon. I was treated with such dignity. The phone number listed is the main pavillion it took two tries for someone to transfer me to the lab. The lab direct is 672-7823. When I finally got the lab at 9am I couldn't ask my question it led me to leave a message only.i needed someone to pick up a prep kit and they needed to come in and get blood work so they couldnt eat until I had the information.
The phlebotomists were fantastic. They were very careful not to hurt the patients
Most times I get in within 5 mins. They are courteous and quick.
Very friendly nurses. They were efficient and facility was clean.
