Having Covid symptoms, obviously do not have any clue about testing procedures, nothing states any of this on their my chart app. Called them and the lab secretary is absolutely terrible talks over you, doesn’t listen and frankly talks to you like you are the most mentally challenged person she’s ever known. On top of that I am so sick, she has absolutely no people skills especially, working in a medical setting.
I have had blood drawn many times. I have never had such a painful experience. I think your phlebotomist needs more training. It’s 7 hours later and my arm still hurts.
Fast and friendly blood draw, no complaints. Very compassionate and professional staff.
