I had the best experience at 3mile I Lab just now! Both my arms were totaly black & blue from IV'S being blown from testing in the last week. I was so nervous to go in & have more tests, blood drawn, & being poked again! Never fear Tristin was here! Not one poke of pain, got blood right away, maneuvered that needle right in between all the bruises! Trinity Lab Alpine, you always do such a great job! I hope they never shut you down again! I’ve had multiple positive experiences at this location! The staff is very nice and efficient. I am in and out in 5 minutes or less every visit. Getting your blood drawn is never fun, but they make the experience as quick and easy as possible.

I get really queasy about blood draws, and started to panic during my appointment. The phlebotomists were very kind and reassuring, allowed me to lay down for the blood draw, talked to me through it to distract me, and were patient with letting me stay as long as I needed to make sure I wouldn’t pass out. I can’t say that getting blood drawn ever counts as an exceptional experience, but I will say they have exceptional workers at this lab. Thank you!

I came to the lab on a Saturday morning to get labs for my 6 year old son. My son has anxiety and was very scared. The phlebotomist Juan JM was AMAZING with my son. He made him feel brave and at ease. He continually reassured him and kept telling him how awesome he was doing. Highly recommend going on a Saturday with Jain for kids

I went to this lab today and the bathroom for patients to use for urine samples was disgusting. The toilet had a black ring around the water line as though it hadn't been washed in months. the phlebotomist were nice and did a good job, but I expect a medical facility to be very clean. It should feel safe and sterile. It did not and I will not go back there again.
