Today, Monday 10/10/22 around 4:00 pm, my daughters had the MOST unpleasant experience with the young ladies at the check in desk. Extremely rude and unprofessional, the staff did not greet nor were welcoming; these ladies had a rude tone, with a defiant attitude and they were not helpful. We do not know them neither do they know us, so there is NO reason for these ladies to interact with my daughters nor with the patient after my daughter in such a manner.
