Best blood draw I've ever had! Olivia did my blood draw and normally I have really bad reactions to needles and have nearly blacked out during or after draws on multiple occasions. I didnt have any dizziness or lightheadedness of any kind and was able to walk out after with no issues which has never happened for me. Highly recommend!!
I've been to this lab three times now for pregnancy lab work and have always had a great experience with the staff and facilities. Everyone I have encountered here has been competent, friendly and accommodating. They took great care of me when I was feeling unwell during my glucose test, which I was very thankful for. I have always had scheduled appointments but I have seen them fit in walkins surprisingly quickly as well.
not sure what the two ladies names were that helped me today (wednesday around 3pm) but they were both absolutely wonderful. needles are an actual phobia for me and i was so scared and upset, they were the sweetest angels and really made the whole experience not traumatizing for me. they deserve to be recognized for their greatness ☺️ i’ve went a lot of places to have my blood drawn and never felt so safe or taken care of. thank you so much!!!
Angie is just the absolute best phlebotomist. I am very grateful that every time I have blood work done she is so patient with me, kind, and makes it painless. It has taken me many years to work through my phobia of getting IVs and blood work done and each time I come here, I leave feeling victorious. Thank you, Angie! -Heather Guenther
I really do not like the doctors office because of my anxiety but trinity health lab in grandville is making it easier for me. Lobby is never busy decent front desk people depending on the visit. Highly recommend dr Stanley I’m finally getting my anxiety under control. Only four stars because it’s the only one of all my doctors offices that still requires masks. Makes my anxiety 10 times worse.
