I made an appointment online the day before. After doing so, getting blood drawn at the lab was a really smooth and easy experience for me (make sure to bring a photo ID) — I was seen within minutes of walking in. The receptionist was nice and courteous, while the blood draw itself was painless and quick.

Every time I’ve had a blood draw here, the staff is wonderful. Recently, I had an incident where I passed out at the lab. I’m pregnant and have never passed out before, so this was a bit alarming to me. It just so happened, the staff had an additional patient struggling during my incident as well. Needless to say, there was a LOT going on. The calmness, kindness, and professionalism the staff handled everything was amazing, and I am so grateful for it. I hope this review can be passed along to them and their boss! Thank you!

Waited over 30 minutes just to be checked in. Phyllis was very rude. After checked in, I waited maybe 60 seconds and was called back for the blood work. The lab techs must be waiting on the patients while the front desk girl takes her time checking people in. Mind you, they were on #24 when I walked in and I was only #28 with #26 not even there anymore; why did it take over 30 mins to check 3 people in?!

Very quick and efficient. The techs do a wonderful job actually drawing the labs. If you go around lunchtime, you will likely have a longer wait, so try to avoid that if possible. You can schedule an appointment a head of time online to make it even more streamlined.

I made an appointment on line, super easy. I was greeted with a smile. Lindsey drew my blood and I didn’t even feel it. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Great experience
