I wrote a long review in December 2025 regarding the abuse my mother received while in emergency. The review is now missing and has been removed from their website. I’m not sure how they are able to remove a Google review.? At the time of the abuse. I filed a formal complaint in person. The emergency room nurse even admitted what happened! My post continues to get deleted. I guess when you tell details of how you were mistreated by the ER staff isn’t allowed. Thankfully I still have a draft! Photos and audio from my stay wouldn’t do enough justice and fully capture the lack of professionalism I encountered. As an asthmatic, having Dr. Wolf enter my room reeking of cigarette smoke was unacceptable and health-hazard, especially given his so called “specialty”.Both he and J. Had surgery on Nov 19, 2025. They took extremely good care of me. My nurses on the night shift were the best. Malakia & Fatema took such good care of me l have nothing but good things to say. The surgery went very smooth as well. The surgeon J. Roberts did a wonderful job. Even one day out you can clearly see the incision sites will probably be minimal once they heal. I came to the hospital severely dehydrated after being sick. My IV fluids were repeatedly delayed because the IV was not flowing properly. After I was transferred from the ER, a nurse placed my IV fluid bag in the sink and said it would be replaced, but hours later I still had not received another bag. I was also told not to eat or drink while waiting for testing, but no one could tell me when the test would happen. Took my mom to the ED. Probably never coming back. She arrived via ambulance and got into her room. Then we didn’t get much of anything except a blood draw for 3 hours. My mom’s in pain and we just wait and wait and wait and wait. The place doesn’t seem busy. If the hallways were packed I’d be more sympathetic with the situation but this seems crazy. Nobody comes in to check on her or ask if she needs anything. They can’t find the staff to do a procedure to relieve her pain. I’m speechless.
