I wrote a long review in December 2025 regarding the abuse my mother received while in emergency. The review is now missing and has been removed from their website. I’m not sure how they are able to remove a Google review.? At the time of the abuse. I filed a formal complaint in person. The emergency room nurse even admitted what happened! Came here with severe back pain this past weekend sobbing in the lobby from 9pm-Midnight. When I checked in, the front desk staff had a trainee ( I’m glad because obviously they seem short staffed ) however, it’s really difficult to be sobbing in pain and overhear joking banter and laughing with other coworkers when you’re in that state. I understand being desensitized from probably seeing everything at this kind of job, but please have some empathy. My post continues to get deleted. I guess when you tell details of how you were mistreated by the ER staff isn’t allowed. Thankfully I still have a draft! Photos and audio from my stay wouldn’t do enough justice and fully capture the lack of professionalism I encountered. As an asthmatic, having Dr. Wolf enter my room reeking of cigarette smoke was unacceptable and health-hazard, especially given his so called “specialty”.Both he and J. My daughter has spent the last week here. As hard as it is for a 23 year old to stay in the hospital and go through the pain and trauma her body did, the staff were just wonderful to her. Her OB Surgeon, Dr. Archer was especially amazing in every way! A special thank you to her favorite nurse Shad! What an amazing, patient, knowledgeable, and professional nurse he is! Great job 👏 👍

Just wanted to say thanks to the staff at St. Mary's. Dr. Steffes did a full replacement on my right knee. He's works out of Dearborn Orthopedic. He's great and the office is, too. And the nurses and staff at St. Mary's were incredible. Especially Maria Fox, Erin & Cookie and Mackenzie & Ledia. Great people.
