I went into ER in the middle of the night, and they took care of me right away, no wait. The doctor made correct assessment, the front staff was friendly, the nurses were attentive. The whole experience was very smooth and much better than I anticipated for that time for the night. Also, I had a chance to see some of the poor reviews for this establishment and am surprised. i will be filing a complaint against M Jackson, MD and C Falkiewicz, PA. you people have no business seeing patients without proper supervision. 90lbs of solid steel from over 10ft high slammed into his head causing severe lacerations, needed staples in head, severe concussion, told my fiancee if it was a little forward and to the right hed be dead but they simply refused to give any work restrictions for him to get better and now for the two weeks they stuck him with the staples he cannot work, we cannot pay rent and will ... read more

I just had an outpatient knee replacement at Trinity Health Brighton and the day could not have gone better. Every person who took care of me was pleasant and helpful. I was apprehensive about the surgery and the staff made it very smooth - nurses, techs, PAs and PTS alike. Highly recommend.

LITERALLY GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Would give ZERO stars but that not an option. Only good thing I can say is the front desk ladies were very nice and cleaning staff does their jobs well, lobby was nice and clean considering you spend more time there than actually being seen or treated. Came in with painful, swollen face and neck, with difficulty breathing, after having oral surgery and was put in the lobby as non-emergent with a minimum 2 hour wait, what an absolute joke. I hardly ever go to the drs. Let alone the ER. I did the other day and was left with zero answers. They shoved 10 different doctors and nurses on me. All trying to test me on why I came in. But never really getting down to the root cause of what was happening. No one believed me and my concerns. This is why I never go to the drs. Shame on each Dr that dismissed my concerns just because I was overweight. I will never go to trinity health in brighton again.
