Came in for an RN visit today. I arrived early and checked in about 5 minutes before my scheduled time. Still, I wasn’t called in for over 30 minutes. When I asked the front desk, they said they’d check, but no update came. Meanwhile, others who came after me were seen first. I went today for 2 x-rays. 1 of the bone and 1 of the soft tissue. My Dr. cautioned me they might get it wrong. He explained exactly what I needed. Yep, he was right. They had no clue. I told her she was 100% wrong. I left, went to Henry Ford Plymouth and got exactly what my Doctor wanted. Thanks Canton for wasting 1 1/2 hours of my day.

My son’s primary care provider was Mary Dixon at Trinity Health Center in Canton, and unfortunately our experience was very negative. During the visit, she did not ask questions or seek to understand our perspective. Instead, she led with assumptions and showed a lack of respect for my partner’s and my personal beliefs. I had an appointment scheduled for the lab for blood work. I arrived 10 minutes early and called up 20 minutes later, I expressed that I had an appointment when I arrived and it was totally disregarded, I asked to speak to a lab manager 3 times and no one ever came to speak with me. Why schedule appointments if you are not going to honor them? This is why people get upset and yell. I will never go here again, and I will be filing complaints until something is done. DON'T USE THIS LAB.

SLOW!!!! When it comes to labs. And they never have the labs that are sent my the Dr. They blame the Dr for not faxing it, but it’s happened with both my parents and my daughter - all different Doctors. I don’t think every Dr is doing it wrong or not sending it. The common denominator is them.
