Came in for an RN visit today. I arrived early and checked in about 5 minutes before my scheduled time. Still, I wasn’t called in for over 30 minutes. When I asked the front desk, they said they’d check, but no update came. Meanwhile, others who came after me were seen first. My son’s primary care provider was Mary Dixon at Trinity Health Center in Canton, and unfortunately our experience was very negative. During the visit, she did not ask questions or seek to understand our perspective. Instead, she led with assumptions and showed a lack of respect for my partner’s and my personal beliefs. We felt judged as parents rather than supported by a medical professional. I had an appointment scheduled for the lab for blood work. I arrived 10 minutes early and called up 20 minutes later, I expressed that I had an appointment when I arrived and it was totally disregarded, I asked to speak to a lab manager 3 times and no one ever came to speak with me. Why schedule appointments if you are not going to honor them? This is why people get upset and yell. I will never go here again, and I will be filing complaints until something is done. DON'T USE THIS LAB.

Worst experience ever! My primary care is a phenomenal doctor but when she orders labs for me to have done, I can spend days on hold and being pushed around the Trinity system. I spent eight hours today just trying to find out what the instructions are for upcoming lab tests. I still don't have an appointment and I still don't know what to do. If my primary care wasn't so wonderful, I would leave this system.

Came in for an MRI and the tech was one of the best health care workers I've had! She explained and showed everything in simple terms without being patronizing, she said everything that was going to happen beforehand, made me as comfortable as possible going into the machine, and checked on me multiple times.
