N.Towns is a horrible doctor. She treated me poorly with a cold, and cruel demeanor. She pretended to examine me, but didn't look at me at all. She should not be allowed around the sick and the dying. I will be disputing my payment to her for such poor care.

I had to have a treble hook removed from the back of my arm. The staff and nurses who removed the treble hook were professional and respectful. I highly recommend Trinity Health in Ludington Michigan I am beyond pleased with their service. Thank you again!

Staff is always very polite and easy to work with. If you have a problem with them..it was probably you that starting the downfall as I have always have had very nice attitudes from the ladies there. Dr. Brent Johnson is very down to earth and a no nonsense Dr. but still has a small town attitude that makes you feel comfortable when there. Also never really had to wait long with my appointments as was in and out within a hour.

Update my son in law went to patient relations the tech who denied my daughter an echo did not get in trouble. My daughter we found out has a worse heart issue and had to go to Grand Rapids. The PA Brett Johnson who yelled at my son in law and said my daughter was to complicated didn’t get in trouble so if your sick don’t go to mercy health Ludington. They need better doctors people who actually care. Thanks to the pa and the tech who denied my daughter is worse. I’m telling everyone not to go there. Terrible place. B... read more

By far the worst walk in clinic i’ve ever been to. Was having some trouble with my eye and only went here due to my doctors office being closed. Waited for a hour and a half just for the doctor to prescribe me eye drops i could have purchased over the counter. While looking at my eye the nurse pulled on my eye lid up and for having an irritated eye already she was not gentle. After telling her she was hurting me, she then gave me attitude. I will never return.
