I Took my daughter to this Urgent Care for stitches. Everyone from the person registering us to nurses and doctors were very kind and went out of their way to make my daughter comfortable and less frightened. When we returned 5 days later to have the stitches removed, the man at check-in even remembered us and how my daughter had gotten hurt.
Your products are amazing, the people who work there are really nice and just great people
This is the worst ran front lobby/urgent care facility I have ever been to. The shared physician/urgent care check-in is chaotic, and do not work together. There are no visual guides to determine which reps are urgent care or physician check-in. If you approach the wrong window you are treated rudely. Those check-in reps that aren't playing with their nails or gossiping can't seem to figure out how to use their computers to get patients registered.
Overall great experience. My new doctor Alyssa Hogan Kinning is awesome. I appreciate the time dr. Hogan gave me dr. Hogan is very thorough. The staff was wonderful from checking in going to the lab and the X-ray. The level of professionalism was outstanding.
I work nearby and I got seriously injured due to a slicer. Came in with gauze and paper towel filled with blood running down my hand (fingers were sliced) and they stopped me and said you're going to have to go to a different hospital out of the way because I had a uniform on. They didn't look concerned anyway.. 1/10 :*(
