The RT was excellent. She coached me thru pulmonary tests (they are very awkward) and provided important educational information during our dialog. She helped me understand the tests, what was measured, and why; she also looked back on the last test with me. She was positive, personable and caring. Exceptional!
I had to get a scan & will have a follow- up scan in August. My visit was quick and the personal were very polite & professional. I’m glad to have such a great hospital group to attend to my needs and help keep me healthy.
My Respiratory Therapist Donna was absolutely perfect and explained everything that was going on . Quick and easy check in, all in all a not so easy test went smooth and I was very comfortable throughout the test
I waited an hour and a half to see the provider. Once Dr Parrott Sp? Came in she was friendly and knew what to do. I was very satisfied with her care.
Pulminary testing PA Annette was wonderful. Explained everything so well & answered any questions I had. Very professional.Thank you.
