Dr. Kuipers is such a great doctor… he and the staff make me feel very comfortable. He listens and cares about his patients. Even the phone nurses listen and care about getting the info i need to my doctor. Been seeing Dr. Kuipers for 3 yrs almost and they all feel like family❣️❣️🥰
been freezing out, i know its not their problem but had to walk to a appointment today, get there, its canceled..... Canceled, we can get u in at 3... cuz i can just go and come like i don't have stuff i need to do... unprofessional as heck, wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

I love coming here but every time you call to make an appointment it takes forever. No one answers the English line you have to hit Spanish to even get someone to pick up in a timely manner!!! This is ridiculous. -2024 UPDATE: They fixed the phone issues! Scheduling is easier, now you can also schedule on the MyChart app & send messages to the nurses then they relay the messages to the doctors! Awesome upgrade to the building and adding a new pharmacy!
I have always felt well cared for at this office, which is why I’ve remained a patient here for 20 years. I am grateful to the nurses and doctors for their love and support. I trust their work because they truly care.
