I see the reviews here are very well deserved! I transferred from H.F. hospital ID to this hospital. When I called, I was told that I needed a referral to see the doctor that I had done research on and wanted as my ID doctor. So I called H.F. hospital and requested a referral specifically requesting this doctor. H.F. hospital relayed the information to me that they had spoken with an individual name. Services are getting worse and worse. Waiting on hold for over 20 minutes to check an appointment is ridiculous, all while listening to ads of how great trinity health is. Maybe you should hire people to answer the phone at your medical facility instead of spending it on ads.
My husband was treated here by NURSE PRACTITIONER LUCY LEDESMA AND DR. GALANG. He had numerous mistakes charted in his file, like IV drug use !! He has been sober for 30 years !!! NURSE PRACTITIONER LUCY LEDESMA AND DR. GALANG WERE BROUGHT BEFORE THE MERCY HEALTH SAINT MARY'S ETHICS COMMITTEE ON November 17- 2021!!
