All the staff is incredible! From the receptionist who help you get signed in to the doctors and nurses. Dr. Rush is always attentive, understanding and professional. This past visit specifically, staff went above and beyond. I had to bring my VERY energetic toddler with me. Kristen was patient and handled a busy two year old like a pro. I can not say enough good things about this entire office. Dr. Finkbiener has been my doctor for 20 plus years, he is the most kind and caring man. He listens to you and treats you with respect. Truly what we all need more of, especially in healthcare! Today at my visit I had the pleasure of meeting Alona, one of the receptionists. She is AMAZING. She is so personable and funny and sweet. She left me feeling seen and full of joy, so I needed to make this public shoutout!!
I had my first visit to Trinity Health on Halloween, and it was such a great experience! The staff was in costume, adding a fun and festive atmosphere—it was nice to see everyone enjoying themselves. My new doctor was fantastic—very personable, easygoing, and clearly skilled at working with people. I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Looking forward to future visits!
We always have a wonderful experience here. We typically see Dr. Kozminski but if it’s a need to get in we have seen other providers at the office and everyone is always great. Helpful with questions I’ve had and always respectful in my choices on health decisions. Laid back office but take great care of their patients.
I love this office! They are always running on time or even a little early. Every staff member that I've met is very friendly, which makes going to the doctors so much easier. I always do all the checks-in questions through the app which saves a lot of time for me and the medical assistants. I appreciate that they don't ask too many questions and that most of the questions are just me verifying that nothing has changed.
