Stopped in for an ear infection, while in town for a few days. Connie at check in was friendly and helpful. They got me into a room within about 10 minutes. Jen was also friendly and thorough during initial assesment. The NP came in almost immediately, did a good exam, and called in a prescription. I was in and out within 30 minutes. All-in-all a very good experience.
I recently had my first appointment with Nicole Towns, NP, at Trinity Health in Ludington, and I can honestly say it was an experience unlike any I've had in healthcare. I LOVE Mercy Health/Sable Point Family Health/Ttinity Health. My doctor, Dr. Connie Strbich, was WONDERFUL! So very kind, caring, & extremely thorough!!! The entire staff is awesome!!! ❤ A few years ago, Dr. Strbich moved to Florida because her husband found a job there. I love this clinic. Everyone is so wonderful. Nicole Pratt is fantastic, she truly cares for her patients. She takes the time to get to know you and sees you as a whole person, not just an ailment. Highly recommend Nicole, and everyone else here!
I have been going now for a quite awhile for a complicated issue and they have been very thorough. I will say, that if you go for Urgent Care, please be aware that it's "urgent care" which means, you go in and they work on you as quickly and efficiently as they can, but if you make an appointment with your PCP, then you will get more time to discuss issues in full. I have been appreciative of the services provided by the office. Thank you.
