Mercy Health Partners have gotten bigger and bigger. They have several offices in the Grand Rapids area and this is one of them.
No one ever promptly answers the phone… You will wait 15 (plus) minutes on hold and it’s completely unacceptable. They seriously need to do better. (UPDATE after bringing my daughter in yesterday) THIS OFFICE IS TERRIBLE. They are extremely dismissive and I have no respect for the lack of concern that I’ve seen time and time again when addressing any kind of issue here. I’ve been a patient at St. Mary’s/Mercy Health and now Trinity Health for the past 30 years. I cannot recall a time in those 30 years that I was as disappointed with the level of care than I a have been the last few years. I call my doctor and there’s never any appointments available when I need them. It cost patients more money for simple procedures and treatments because YOU DO NOT HAVE AN URGENT CARE FACILITY! Nicole Markiewicz at the downtown Mercy Health office is amazing! I have had a very rough time these past couple of months, and have been seeing Nicole. She truly cares about her patients, and takes her time to really listen. She is always very helpful, and knowledgeable, and she takes her time to answer any, and all questions. I really appreciate her time and help though this difficult time in my life. I would recommend her to anybody! The Mercy Health downtown staff has always been very helpful as well.
