Everyone is very kind and I love my PCP. They’re very sweet and communicative.
Mercy Health Partners have gotten bigger and bigger. They have several offices in the Grand Rapids area and this is one of them.
patty is an absolute star - my appointment was last minute cancelled due to a provider's emergency & she followed up and got creative to get me rescheduled (I drive 2 hours from out of town to keep my care here!) THANK YOU PATTY.
Nicole Markiewicz at the downtown Mercy Health office is amazing! I have had a very rough time these past couple of months, and have been seeing Nicole. She truly cares about her patients, and takes her time to really listen. She is always very helpful, and knowledgeable, and she takes her time to answer any, and all questions. I really appreciate her time and help though this difficult time in my life. I would recommend her to anybody! The Mercy Health downtown staff has always been very helpful as well.
When I took my child here when he was born it was a great place, I was extremely pleased with how everyone treated us. Once my son was old and in child care that’s when things went down hill. They will not fax anything to schools or daycare for you. Even though my friend takes her children there and somehow don’t have a problem faxing things for her.
