We have been with this practice since my oldest (now 2.5 years) was 2 months old. We switched from another practice due to personality differences. Primarily, we had Kristin Vanderwell. Cannot say enough good things about her. She is thorough in every single well visit, and she is very thoughtful during her visits as well. Got billed for an office visit IN ADDITION to my physical. Just because I talked about my weight and told the doctor I got a tick bite the week before (super casual no exam for the bite) No matter who I talk to they wont drop the additional charges. Sadly this isn’t the first time I’ve had billing issues with Trinity. Will be switching to Corewell moving forward.
The guy at the desk was very rude and he obviously couldnt care less about the patients. My husband needed to contact his doctor which decided to just dip out and go somewhere else to practice. All im going to say is you guys suck and would never trust any of you people!
Dr. Rivard is my favorite Dr. She has so much compassion and she doesn't hesitate to make sure I get the help I need. Very happy I found her
