Dr George neros is so nice caring and compassionate. Jessica Anderson also very caring and compassionate both truly care about what's best for you and will help you with anything you need couldn't ask for better Drs 🙏
I wouldn't trust trinity health of my life depends on it by far the worst medical personnel I ever seen they can't even find proof of where I was born (Minnesota) let alone records from another state and university state hospital of Iowa found everything when no doctors here can find anything
I experienced a medical emergency because this office reneged on a standard prescription refill after advanced request, multiple calls, and a telehealth visit. I was given different instructions by each clinician I talked to over the course of a full week; each time I got back in touch there was a different excuse. This office is negligent, unprofessional, and for the safety of yourself and your loved ones you should strongly consider seeking care elsewhere.
I rarely write negative reviews, but one frustration after another compels me to say "find another care provider or at least an office". After stopping in there and having face-to-face conversations about my son's pre-op appt and being told that I should have checked MyChart for an answer, I called his former primary care doctor who left this office and switched, told them the hassle & unnecessary ineffective help I was getting and she immediately found room for him to have his pre-op appt. Dr kelp and his employees are awful. Walgreens has been trying to get them to fill a prescription for almost two weeks. I Get ahold of a nurse today and they say that we have had no requests. Walgreens shows that they have new been requesting for this refill since the 17th. Today is the 24th. Either way they are lying or Walgreens. Either way.
