Went in for Bronchitis, was diagnosed with Bronchitis. Nurse's were kind ( even with me not being able to hear ) Doc checked me out, was given appropriate meds and information on more things to do to help get better. Best part was I was in and out quickly
So far, I am happy with my experiences with Dr. Mulder and the staff at Trinity. The prescription refill method through Mychart didn't work well for me, but the nurse I spoke to today was so kind and helpful!
This is now the third time I’ve spoken to someone on the nurse line that has been extremely rude. Between a couple bad experiences with a doctor there (for multiple members of my family) and the poor customer service…you all really need to work on a better experience for your patients. I had one incredible experience a couple months back from a doctor that is only there part time and he was absolutely wonderful! It made my have hope that things would get better! One particular Dr. here is simply there checking off the boxes, his office notes are one sided and incomplete. I do not recommend this office based on my experience and reading my notes from those visits.
Arrived before 3:30 pm signed in nobody called me , finally went up to counter and asked ,then told lab closed at 3:30, was not happy to have waited over 15mins to not get labs done.
