So far, I am happy with my experiences with Dr. Mulder and the staff at Trinity. The prescription refill method through Mychart didn't work well for me, but the nurse I spoke to today was so kind and helpful!
This is now the third time I’ve spoken to someone on the nurse line that has been extremely rude. Between a couple bad experiences with a doctor there (for multiple members of my family) and the poor customer service…you all really need to work on a better experience for your patients. I scheduled an appointment at Trinity Health in Grandville, MI for serious head issues and waited two weeks to be seen. On the day of my appointment, I got a call saying my doctor called in sick and I had to reschedule. I asked why they didn't have a backup plan, especially since I’d waited so long. I brought my daughter in for a well child visit yesterday and was quite disappointed with the PA. I've been bringing her here for years, but this visit made me livid. She was not listening to my daughter when she asked her questions, she made her feel like she wasn't being honest. Then wanted to run unnecessary lab work on her as well. Will not return back to this location they are so slow in getting ya back to see anyone. Been in the waiting room for close to two hours and still waiting. Any location has to be better than this. Their 2.5 star rating is something I should have looked at before coming here. Staff would rather talk with each other, be on their phones or joke in the back than do their jobs.
