As someone who is chronically ill, I have been to many many doctors throughout multiple health organizations over the years. I have dealt with the good and the bad. Bob Peterson is the absolute best nurse at Shelby. He’s always welcoming, friendly and empathetic. Over the years, he’s helped my family several times. If we end up in the ER, we always hope to see Bob. He’s a great guy, I recommend Shelby because of him.
I had an MRI appointment at 3:00 pm today August 27, 2025. I came earlier and checked in and sat until 4:00 pm. They said that they FORGOT that I was here sitting in a room for one hour. Wow !!!! UNPROFESSIONAL IDIOTS!!! I AM NEVER GOING BACK TO TRINITY FOR ANYTHING !!!!
I went to Mercy Shelby with chest pain and my arm going numb at times. I also had back pain come on out of nowhere that was pretty severe. All signs of a potential heart attack. I also have a history of a weak heart, so better safe than sorry. I was taken back & processed quickly with the nurse, who was nice. Dr deLongpre came in & was EXTREMELY ABRASIVE. This doctor's office is very offensive, disrespectful and uncaring. My wife change to this office to have a closer doctor. Well we both smoke marijuana and they will not refill some of her medications due to this. Well they seem to think that she shouldn't have marijuana in her system but I personally have seen the positive affect of marijuana in her and we will NEVER stop using marijuana!
