I believe it was my first time going to this hospital, no wait time. Everyone was very nice. I didn’t have to wait forever. I came in with abdominal pain, I have Crohn’s. They told me I have a bug, and I understand that the people in the ER aren’t necessarily the best with autoimmune diseases. I did not have a bug, I have Crohn’s disease. This office is a MESS. I’ve only had two annual appointments here and each time it is over 1.5 hours for a routine physical. There’s bloodwork I needed done and verified with the student PA, PA and phlebotomist that I would be getting it done that day. I even called twice before the appointment to make sure that it would be included. They did my blood draw and didn’t even test for the things they said they would. I scheduled my father a new patient appointment a week ago because he was discharged from a nursing home. When we arrived to the appointment we were told it was canceled and that they “called, left voicemails, texted and emailed” that it was canceled. I have not a single missed call, voicemail, text message or email showing this. I can go back and only find the confirmation that the appointment was scheduled. Absolutely terribly run clinic. Canceled an appointment for an 80 year old man with a heart condition who needs his medication WITHOUT NOTIFICATION and then the lady at the front desk lied direct to our face saying “we called multiple times” with 0 missed calls or voicemails. Absolutely negligent behavior. But don’t worry, they’ll let you schedule appointments online for doctors who aren’t taking new patients and who are leaving the practice. Most bizarre, ridiculous experience I’ve ever had at a doctors office.
