Dr Cunningham was very very thorough when I saw him for the first time yesterday. He gave me plenty of time and left me feeling very well cared for!
Very disappointed to have to write this review. I have had an amazing experience with Jessica Roossien but I will no longer continue as a patient with this office due to an utter money grab in the form of charging an additional appointment code during my routine physical for “discussion of medications”. The extent of that discussion? “Is the med working for you?” “Yes” “Okay great, no changes”. My family and I have seen several of the practitioners here and they are all very competent and caring people.
Had seen Dr. Tornga for several years without any problems, but this year I was overbilled for an annual physical, by an added office visit charge. I had no complaints or health issues when I had my appointment, and I went through the Trinity Health system to try and resolve this with 12 different communications - all the time ending in their simply saying that the charge was justified. The doctors are good but we were overbilled for an extra office visit during a routine physical which ruined our experience and opinion of the practice which we have been satisfied with in the past. We tried to work it out with Chris in the billing department and Trinity health customer service to no avail. Very frustrating.
