I have a hard time getting going in the morning. I was two minutes late to the appointment and had to listen to the receptionist told me they could cancel me. When I got back to the room, my doctors spoke to another doctor in a different language in front of me, then shut the door and came in. Obviously, I was uncomfortable going to a new doctor, and the situation, they did nothing to help. Not sure what I’m going to do as far as my insurance wise, but I won’t go back here.

They just told me to wait to get called for a fitting for 2 weeks that never got sent in! You have to triple check that they'll try to do their job.

I hope others have a better experience. I had to pay over $5,000 to learn what I already knew. The lack of communication was disappointing, and it felt like they were pushing people through as quickly as possible. I had to pay for both an at-home test and an in-person test. Despite telling them how hard it would be for me to sleep with the equipment on during the first consultation, they insisted on the at-home test. They’ve canceled on me twice. I understand that things happen but they should have people in place to handle appointments when they can’t be there. Every single time I’ve called to have something done the lady at the front desk has been incredibly rude and unhelpful. She shouldn’t be dealing with people.
