We were extremely pleased with the appointment today! After the past couple years of dealing with a different cardiologist who we spent an hour in the lobby to see just to have him rush through our appointment, this was a breath of fresh air! Dr. Paul Nona was amazing, genuine, caring, and very informative! We are so happy to be a new patient of his. I feel comfortable my mother (Sharon) will be cared for now.

Phone receptionist are the worst of its kind, they do not care, faxed a referral order then called after 2 days and they said that they could not see our patient because she has no Epic chart record and refuses to make one for her. date of call is 5/2/2025 bet 4:15 to 4:30pm .... Trinity Health Admin pls check this people from the comments here looks like front desk and reception is on bad shape

Went in for an echocardiogram. Arrived 15 minutes early like I was supposed to, checked in with the receptionist, filled out their paperwork. I waited for over an hour. When I went back to the receptionist to verify I was checked in it turns out that I was NOT, and on top of that the echo tech had already gone home for the day without first seeing if I was there. Horrible experiences trying to make appointments here. The front desk/receptionist staff are beyond rude. They have no compassion and are in the wrong field. I took my ailing mother there after she was hospitalized and told by the cardiologist to follow-up with him in 7-10 days in the office. It took over a month to get the appointment...after I got mom there, we checked in and then the receptionist called me back up and told me we would have to reschedule because the doctor was delayed on an emergency. Cathy the receptionist at the office is very friendly and accommodating. she took the time to make sure everything was right for my mothers upcoming appointments. We have dealt with many of the physicians at Michigan heart and they have all taken the time to explain things in an easy to understand way . I like this office because they are for the most part very timely and friendly . I would highly recommend them to anyone needing cardiac care.
